Treatment of Physical Pollutants
Airflow is drawn into the purification and disinfection unit under negative pressure by a silent turbocharged fan. Physical contaminants such as fine dust, pollen, aerosols, hair, skin flakes, and fibers are filtered with 99.97% efficiency via the HEPA filter. Any escaped particles smaller than PM2.5 are further captured by the [O]-WGT composite filter within the Airapex Swirl-Contact Gating Tower.
Treatment of Chemical Pollutants
Chemical pollutants, including ozone (O?), nitrogen dioxide (NO?), sulfur dioxide (SO?), formaldehyde (HCHO), carbon monoxide (CO), ammonia (NH?), benzene, toluene, xylene, vinyl chloride, benzo[a]pyrene, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, and total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), continue through the Airapex Swirl-Contact Gating Tower driven by the fan. These substances encounter a liquid film containing ultra-high-energy inorganic activated oxygen clusters (disinfecting factor represented as [O] active oxygen), which mineralize them into environmentally benign inorganic compounds, water, and carbon dioxide at nanosecond speed, enabling instantaneous VOC purification and odor removal. Simultaneously, [SRR] captures carbon dioxide to form high-energy active carbon-oxygen units, facilitating disinfection, VOC mineralization, and self-precipitation as salts. This process achieves indoor CO? treatment and conversion, enabling CCUS synergistic prevention and control.
Treatment of Biological Pollutants
Biological contaminants in the air, such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, spores, and mold, enter the Airapex Swirl-Contact Gating Tower and contact the liquid film containing ultra-high-energy inorganic activated oxygen clusters (disinfecting factor represented as [O] active oxygen). These clusters rapidly inactivate the microorganisms through oxidative damage to their nucleic acids (DNA), proteins, and biofilms, achieving effective disinfection and sterilization.
