技改后,采用預處理+四級IRC噴淋塔進行處理后排放。IRC噴淋塔內介質為0.5%吉可益溶液,7-10天添加一次藥劑,每月換水一次。
Luoqi Food Waste Treatment Plant – Biogas Purification Area Decarbonization Exhaust Gas Treatment Project
Project Details
The odor generated in the biogas purification area originates from the exhaust emissions of the biogas decarbonization system. It contains complex and difficult-to-treat components such as methyldiethanolamine, piperazine compounds, dimethyl disulfide, limonene, 4-isopropyltoluene, carbon disulfide, and allyl methyl disulfide.
The original waste gas treatment solution consisted of: collection pipeline + cooling + primary chemical scrubbing + secondary chemical scrubbing + activated carbon adsorption + low-altitude emission. This solution incurred high operating costs and yielded unsatisfactory treatment results, with an odor concentration of 8,000 (dimensionless).
After the technical renovation, a pretreatment + four-stage IRC spray tower system was adopted for treatment before emission. The medium inside the IRC spray tower is a 0.5% Jikeyi solution, with reagent replenished every 7–10 days and water replaced monthly.
Treatment Results
After treatment, the odor concentration is below 1,000 (dimensionless), significantly outperforming the original waste gas treatment solution and greatly improving the on-site environment. Operating costs have been reduced by approximately 40% compared to the original solution.
