技改方案為:堿液脫酸、噴淋除臭兩個塔利舊,內部結構優化,噴淋介質更換為吉可益溶液。
二級塔藥劑濃度為0.4%、0.3%,10天添加一次藥劑,每月換水一次。技改后,排放臭氣濃度降低至800(無量綱)左右,運行4個月******的一次投訴是因為噴淋塔換水沒有停氣所致。

Project Details
The drying flue gas is treated through a purification system comprising "quenching + activated carbon injection + baghouse dust removal + SCR + flue gas cooling + alkaline deacidification + UV photolytic oxidation deodorization + spray tower deodorization + activated carbon adsorption + white smoke elimination" before emission. However, the operational effectiveness of this process has been unsatisfactory, resulting in numerous complaints.
The technical retrofit plan involved retaining and optimizing the internal structures of the alkaline deacidification and spray deodorization towers, while replacing the spraying medium with Jikeyi solution.
Treatment Results
The chemical concentration in the secondary tower is maintained at 0.4% and 0.3%, with reagent replenished every 10 days and water replaced monthly. Following the retrofit, the emitted odor concentration has been reduced to approximately 800 (dimensionless). The only complaint received over four months of operation was due to the failure to halt gas flow during a water change in the spray tower.
